All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Time
Since we operate as a dropshipping store, delivery times may vary depending on the supplier and your location. Estimated delivery times are:

• Major cities: 3–7 business days
• Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, or high order volumes.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email (if provided). You can use this number to track your order through the courier service.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most areas in Pakistan. Please ensure you provide a valid contact number and address to avoid delivery issues.

6. Failed Deliveries
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery. If the order is returned due to non-response or incorrect details, you may need to pay additional charges for re-shipping.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
